Publisher Discretion & Policies
-
All ads must be submitted as print-ready PDFs or high-resolution TIFF, EPS, or JPEG files.
Our production workflow uses Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
Files created in Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, or other non-professional design programs are not recommended. Ads submitted in these formats may not reproduce correctly, and the publisher cannot guarantee print quality.
-
All images, logos, and graphics must be 300 DPI or higher at the final print size.
Advertisers must own the rights to all images, graphics, and logos submitted or have permission to use them.
Low -resolution or scaled up images may appear pixelated or blurry in print.
-
All files must use CMYK color mode
RGB or Indexed colors are not acceptable and may print with unexpected results.
-
Minimum font size: 10 pt for all body text.
Avoid thin, delicate, or script fonts as these may not reproduce legibly on newsprint.
Ensure that all fonts are embedded or outlined in submitted files to prevent substitution.
-
Maintain high contrast between text and background for readability.
Avoid very fine lines, intricate patterns, or subtle gradients, as these may not reproduce well on newsprint.
Double-check spelling, phone numbers, URLs, and any regulatory text before submission.

All ads must be submitted by the 1st day of each month to guarantee placement in a specific issue.
Late submissions may not be accepted or may be moved to the next available issue, at the publisher’s discretion.
-
Proofs are available only upon request.
Advertisers requesting a proof are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy, spelling, images, and contact information.
-
Ads requesting premium placement (back page or special sections) may have earlier submission deadlines.
Deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.
-
Deadlines for holiday editions, special supplements, or annual issues may differ from regular issues.
Advertisers should confirm deadlines in advance to ensure placement.

-
All advertisements are subject to the acceptance of the publisher.
The publisher reserves the right to reject, cancel, or request modifications to any advertisement at any time, for any reason, including content, format, or compliance concerns.

Any advertisement that is styled to look like a news story, feature, or editorial will be clearly labeled as a paid advertisement to distinguish it from editorial content and maintain reader trust.
-
Advertisers may request a specific placement within the newspaper
While the publisher will make reasonable efforts to honor positioning requests, placement cannot be guaranteed and is subject to editorial layout and space availability.
-
The publisher will review ads for technical compliance, but advertisers are responsible for proofing copy, images, and contact information before submission.
-
If an error occurs due to the publisher, a correction or reprint will be provided, typically in the next available issue, at no additional cost.
If the error originates from the advertiser (typos, wrong contact info, incorrect images), the advertiser may be required to submit a corrected ad, and the publisher will not be responsible for resulting errors or misprints.
